ZGB-1 Corrugated Flame Arrester Overview:
ZGB-1 Corrugated Flame Arrester produced and sold by Baigang valve group is widely used in oil storage tanks, is to prevent accidental
fire invade the tank, to prevent accidents, is the ideal product for
tank fire.
ZGB-1 Corrugated Flame Arresterperformance and features:

The flame arrester has the advantages of reasonable structure, light
weight, corrosion resistance and explosion-proof performance, and can
withstand fire for 13 times in a row with a subsonic flame test.
Flame arrester easy to repair, easy to install, do not check when removing the breathing valve. Resistance to burning qualified, resistant to burning test 1 hour without tempering.
• The flame arrester core is stainless steel, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. Shell hydraulic test qualified.
ZGB-1 Corrugated Flame Arrester Scope:
The
flame arrester is suitable for pipes, flash point of less than 28 ℃
Class A, oil, hydrogenated liquefied and flash point of less than 60 ℃
of kerosene, diesel, a stupid, crude oil And so on, can be used with the
respiratory valve supporting the use, but also can be used alone,
within the floating roof tank vent, gas tank on the ground floor gas
tank.

In
order to ensure the performance of flame arrester to achieve the
purpose of safe use, flame arresters should be regularly checked and
maintained.
• Flame arresters are inspected semi-annually to check if the fire barrier core is clogged, deformed, etched.

It is found that the plugged flame barrier core should be cleaned to
ensure that each hole in the core is clear and that the fire barrier
should be replaced for deformation and corrosion.
• When reinstalling the flame retardant core, ensure that the joint surface is tight and leakproof.
